Scheduling a Consultation
Mannington Veterinary Hospital offers consultations by appointment only. To schedule a consultation call (856) 759-4388 during the following times
Monday : 9am - 12pm or 4pm - 6pm
Tuesday : 9am - 4pm
Thursday : 9am - 12pm or 4pm - 6pm
Cancelling a Consultation
To cancel a scheduled consultation please call (856) 759-4388, If you reach our voicemail please leave a detailed message including your name and phone number, your pets name, and the date and time of the apointment you wish to cancel. Any scheduled consultation cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be recorded as a "No Show".
Control of animals
For the safety of patients, clients, and staff, all animals brought in must be restrained by a leash or carrier. Please let us know if your dog is aggressive, or gets nervous, and may require a muzzle.
Apppointment Arrival
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and proceed to the reception desk to check in with our receptionist. Once checked in you can take a seat in our waiting area until it is time for your consultation.
Late Arrival
Due to our tightly booked calendar, if you arrive (check in) after your appointment time you may need to reschedule your consultation for another time
Consultation "No Show"
Scheduled consultations that are missed, or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will be recorded as a now show. Any client wishing to schedule a consultation after two "No Shows" may be required to pay a consultation fee upfront before scheduling a new consultation.
Payment
Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, or credit card. If full payment is not made at the time of the service, the client will be considered to be in "default". Any client wishing to schedule a consultation after having been in "default" will be required to pay all money currently owing and may be required to pay a consultation fee upfront before scheduling a new consultation.
